06 March 17 - Safety is important !!!!!!!!!!!

Ask the following when booking a bouncy castle! As its your kids and guests safety at stake.

1) Has the castle had an annual inspection and can the hirer prove this by showing you the test certificate. Very similar to taking your car for an M.O.T. We can supply test certificates for all our inflatable equipment.

2)Does the hirer have Public Liability Insurance. You are letting them work within your property and if booking a venue most will ask for proof of this. We can supply proof of £5 million pound public liability insurance when required.

3) Will your booking be confirmed by Email with a clear and precise list of what you are are hiring and what safety steps you need to take to enjoy a safe party.

4)Can the hirer provide Risk assessment and Company Method Statement, most venues now require these for your function. we can supply these by Email direct to the function venue for you.

5) Can the hirer supply a COSHH statement for all cleaning materials used on the inflatable. We can supply these if required.
We have a set cleaning schedule in place.

6) If hiring fun foods ie Slush, Popcorn, Candyfloss or Hot dog machines is the hirer registered with the local council for food hygiene and are there staff trained in food hygiene regulations and procedures? We are registered with Thurrock Council and food hygiene certificates can be viewed on our website.
