Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes we ask for a 20% at time of booking rounded up to the nearest £10.
How do I know if the location is suitable?
1. All Sizes are displayed on website please allow at least 3 feet of space free to each side of the castle plus 6 feet to the rear of the castle for the blower unit and 3 feet to the front of the castle for mats. If you are unsure please make sure you measure your garden / castle location. If our drivers arrive and the area is unsuitable for any reason the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire.
2. The ground must be reasonably level.
3. We must also have at least a 'doors width' access from the vehicle drop off point to the location where the bouncy castle is to be positioned. If access is blocked and we cannot deliver and the hirer will still be charged the total outstanding balance amount of the hire..
4. There must be a suitable mains power point within 25 metres of the rear of the bouncy castle, otherwise an extra extension lead will be required please view our additional items.
Can the castles be used inside? What is the minimum room height?
Bouncy castles can be used inside provided there is sufficient room. The height of the room must be a minimum of 9ft depending on size of castle. Why not have a look at our Low height castles for halls.
Is there an age limit for using the castles?
Children using the bouncy castles must not be older than 13 years (some castles are younger as stated on the product description).

What happens if it rains on the day of the hire?
Castles should not be used in very windy conditions (over 24mph) as they will become dangerous. If it is very wet or windy on the day of hire you can re-schedule to another available date within 4 weeks of the hire date or deposit will be lost. We must be notified of your intension to reschedule your booking due to adverse weather condition before 8am on the day of hire. Please note that our bouncy castles have fitted shower covers / sun shades where indicated on the website. We also reserve the right to cancel due to extreme weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstance. Inflatables cannot be used outdoors when wind speeds including guest speed is predicted to be 24 mph and above. As stated in the European standards.
Do you have insurance?
We have 5 million pounds public liability insurance. A copy of our policy is available for inspection if requested. The hirer of the equipment is responsible for adult supervision of the children at all times.
What happens on the day of the hire?
We will arrive at the agreed time and check that the location is suitable. We will install the bouncy castle ourselves and confirm it is safe to use. We will give advice and instructions to the hirer. At the end of the event we will collect the bouncy castle.
How safe are your bouncy castles?
Our bouncy castles are manufactured to the highest safety standard by leading British Manufacturer and comply with health and safety legislation. Our castles are fully tested annually. All our our electrical equipment is PAT tested annually. Our safety test certificates are available for inspection.
What happens if I cancel my castle booking after paying a deposit?
If cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to the booking you can reschedule to another date within a 2 month time span as long as the unit is available. If cancelled and not rescheduled with less than 4 weeks notice deposit will be lost.
