Please be aware we will always try to help out customers that have been let down by other bouncy castle companies. But of late it is becoming an ever increasing number of phone calls at the last minute that have been let down. We can't always help due to distance and times. With the summer coming it will become even harder to help save your party at short notice. But what we can do is help you book with a trusted company in the first place. It seems that most people who have been let down have been quoted low unrealistic prices and then let down at the last minute. Our prices are not the cheapest and we do require a deposit to confirm your booking, but we keep you up to date with a full invoice and booking reminders for on the balance payable and other information. We can supply inflatable test certificates, insurance documentation, risk assessments and company method statement when required.
