We get many last minute phone calls from people who have been let down by their chosen bouncy castle hire company at the last minute.

Don't be be one of them!

Check the following when booking

• Do they have the appropriate insurance.
• Do they have trusted reviews from customers.
• Can you contact a reel person if needed or is it E-mail only.
• Do they own enough equipment? from time to time inflatables become worn or damaged would they be able to substitute a replacement item in this eventuality or would they let you down!
• Are their inflatables annually tested to comply with European regulations.
• Are their electrical items PAT tested annually.

The cheapest is not always the best option!
